John D. Konstantinou, Esq.

John is a local attorney whose practice centers on real estate and construction. Over the past twenty seven years, he has represented buyers, sellers and builders in all types of situations. John has closed numerous sales in both residential and commercial settings, and he has served as project manager and lien agent for building projects ranging from single family homes to million dollar hotels. John has assisted clients in the creation of subdivisions, and he has represented general and sub-contractors, as well, advising and litigating in the areas of bidding, contracting and professional licensure. He understands completely what it takes to get a real estate transaction from start to finish, and he is committed to prompt, efficient and thorough service.

Gregory E. Morris, Esq.

Greg is a relatively new attorney with about two years under his belt and learning quickly. He has a background in I.T. support and he brings that experience to the office to keep us connected and using the latest technology. Greg enjoys the litigation side of things and is eager to protect his client's interests and rights in a variety of areas from enforcing contracts to obtaining an easement. He combines his proficiency with technology and his legal experience to perform in-depth research and analysis on each link of the chain of title.

Marcia Holzbach

Marcia is a certified professional underwriter. She has previously served with Chicago Title Insurance Company for fourteen years, finishing her tenure there at the rank of Assistant Vice President. Given her strong work ethic and entrepreneurial nature, it was only natural that Marcia would transition to success as an independent insurance underwriter. In her twenty four plus years of underwriting, Marcia has gained a wealth of knowledge that benefits and protects each client she serves as part of Godspeed.

Stephanie Peri

Stephanie is a Williamsburg based professional Real Estate Title Abstracter. She trained at Virginia Tech and at the National Center for Paralegal Training. She has more than twenty years experience as a title examiner. Stephanie is experienced in all aspects of land records, and her thorough scrutiny ensures that each and every buyer in a Godspeed closing takes title free from encumbrance in the manner for which they bargained. Her commitment to excellence and eye for detail make her a welcome addition to the Godspeed team.
